At MuseMART, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our valued customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand the details of how we handle shipping, delivery times, order processing, tracking, and potential issues related to lost or damaged items.

Shipping Costs:

For small items below INR 4000, a nominal shipping fee of INR 250 will be charged.

Larger items will incur shipping costs based on actuals, calculated at the checkout.

Free Shipping Conditions:

Enjoy free shipping on orders above INR 4000 for smaller items.

Free shipping on furniture orders exceeding 1L.

Delivery Time:

Smaller products: 7-10 days for delivery.

Furniture and larger items: 5-7 weeks for delivery.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 days after placement.

Order Tracking:

Customers will receive tracking details via email to monitor the status of their orders.

Lost or Damaged Items:

We are not responsible for damages once products are shipped from the workshop.

Customers are advised to record the unboxing process to address any shipping-related damages.

Reporting Damages:

Please report any damages during unboxing promptly.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns for Shipping Issues:

Returns are accepted only for severely damaged products, supported by an unboxing video.

For non-damaged returns, customers are responsible for shipping the product in its original condition, with intact packaging, at their expense.

Upon safe receipt and inspection, the refund will be issued as store credit.
